May I use USD / Credit Card / Debit Card to make the payment?
We accept cryptocurrency only — Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). Card and bank payments are not supported at this time.
Does the miner come with a PSU?
Most miners are offered with an optional power supply. On the product page, choose the "Power Supply" option (e.g. "With 1500W PSU" or "Without PSU") before adding to cart.
When can I expect a restock for a product I want?
Restock timing varies by model. Submit a ticket with the model you are interested in and we will notify you when it becomes available.
What is the expected timeframe for receiving my package?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time then depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
My destination country has been banned — can I still ship my package?
